Job Description

This position incorporates digital media marketing in all its forms including social media marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, data analytics, content marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) etc. The successful candidate will be accountable for the day-to-day management of all our digital and social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction. Your daily operations will include creating personalized content including brand-centred blog articles, social media updates, videos, and landing pages in order to improve brand recall and engagement. You will be responsible for coming up with an active and consistent digital content strategy that incorporates elements of interactive content creation, social media posting, email marketing and guest blogging that can improve brand awareness and loyalty. Data Engineer

Job Description

This is an on-site, contract Data Engineer role based in Kampala. The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support scientific research, field trials, and operational reporting for vaccine development and livestock health outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimising ETL/ELT workflows, managing data warehousing solutions, and ensuring data integrity and security across various internal and external data sources. The role will collaborate with scientists and technical teams to model datasets, improve data accessibility, and enable evidence-based insights. The Data Engineer will also document data architectures, monitor system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure to support our research and operational needs.
